Refunds / Exchanges
If you have any issues/problems or are not happy with your purchase please contact me right away so I can help you better. If you ordered the wrong size/color or just do not like the item(s), you can return it for a full refund excluding the return postage. However, please contact me first with a tracking number so I know that you are returning it and can issue your refund. If the item that you purchased was customized specifically for your order (e.i. specific name/initials, etc), unfortunately, a return/exchange will not be accepted.
